1. Strategic Deal Origination:
• Identify and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and strategic partners.
• Initiate and lead negotiations for transactions typically valued at $1 million and above.
2. Relationship Management:
• Strengthen relationships with existing clientele and strategic partners.
• Develop tailored client strategies to enhance client satisfaction and business expansion.
3. Collaboration and Leadership:
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align business development initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering growth and professional excellence.
4. Performance and Reporting:
• Meet or exceed defined annual business development targets.
• Regularly communicate pipeline developments, transaction stages, and outcomes clearly and concisely.⸻Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MBA strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in business development within finance, private equity, wealth management, or related industries.
• Proven success in closing complex, high-value financial transactions.
